B & A Storage leases three sizes of storage units: 10x10, 10x15, and 10x20. These sizes provide a range of options to accommodate various storage needs.

The capacity of each unit size may vary depending on the items you plan to store. As a general guideline, a 10' x 15' unit can typically hold the contents of a one- to two-bedroom apartment, while a 10' x 20' unit can accommodate the contents of a two- to three-bedroom house. A 10' x 10' unit is suitable for the contents of a one-bedroom apartment or smaller items such as boxes and furniture.

Yes, B & A Storage understands that needs can change over time. If you find that your current unit size no longer suits your requirements, we'll do our best to accommodate your needs and help you transfer to a different unit size, subject to availability.

Although there's no physical restriction that denies your entrance to the units, because of a township ordinance, you cannot access your unit between the hours of 12am and 6am

Absolutely. We prioritize the safety and security of your stored items. Our facility is equipped with option individual unit locks. They must be locked at all times other than times when the customer is present. Additionally, our staff regularly monitors the premises to ensure the safety of our customers and their belongings.

We offer flexible rental terms to accommodate your needs. We offer month-to-month lease agreements only and this lease will automatically renew so long as payments continue to be made.
